You are solely responsible for ensuring that you meet your obligations to freelancers. You must ensure that you are aware of all national laws, international laws, rules, ordinances and regulations that concern you as a User or any other use you make of the Venezuela Workers Site.

If a Freelancer does not comply with any obligation to you, or causes damage to you, your property or your rights, you are solely responsible for exercising the rights you may have. For the avoidance of any doubt, we do not have any responsibility to exercise rights under a Contract between Users or in the event of damage to your person, your property or your rights caused by a Freelancer.

Each User and Freelancer acknowledges and accepts that the relationship between The User and any Freelancer corresponds to that of an independent contractor. None of the provisions of these Terms create a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship between Users and Freelancers.

  1. b) USER DELIVERABLES

User grants Freelancer a limited, non-exclusive, revocable (at any time, at User's sole discretion) right to use the User Deliverables as necessary for the performance of the Services. User reserves all other rights and interest, including, without limitation, all Proprietary Rights, in and to the User Deliverables. Upon completion or termination of the Service Contract, or upon written request by the User, Freelancer shall immediately return all User Deliverables to the User and further agrees to purge all copies of User Deliverables and Work Product contained in or on Freelancer's premises, systems, or any other equipment otherwise under Freelancer's control.

  1. c) WORK PRODUCT

Any copyrightable works or works for hire prepared by Freelancer in connection with a fixed-price contract for User shall be owned by the Freelancer until payment has been made by the User and accepted by the Freelancer.

  1. d) USER VETTING

Freelancers may be subject to a vetting process before they can register and during their use of Venezuela Workers. Although Venezuela Workers may perform background checks of Freelancers, the website cannot confirm that each Freelancer is who they claim to be and therefore, Venezuela Workers cannot and does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy or reliability identity or background check information or any information provided through the website.

In the case that Venezuela Workers decides to cancel the account, the platform will notify the User of the decision. The notification will be made to the email box that the User has registered at the time of requesting the opening of the account. VENEZUELA WORKERS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT, WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE, OF ANY USER INCLUDING THIRD PARTY PROVDERS, AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, INJURY OR DAMAGE ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH ANY FREELANCER SERVICES.

  1. e) LICENSE OF USE

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Venezuela Workers grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-transferrable license to:

  • Access and use the Venezuela Workers Site on your personal device only in connection with your use of the Venezuela Workers Site.

  • Access and use any content, information and related materials that may be available through the Venezuela Workers Site, in each case solely for your personal and non-commercial use. Venezuela Workers and the licensors reserve all rights not granted herein.

  1. a) CRYPTOCURRENCY DEPOSITS

The platform is not responsible if the User does not send the correct cryptocurrency to the provided deposit address.

  1. b) WITHDRAWAL OF CRYPTOCURRENCY
